Linear Tape File Sistem (LTFS) support on IBM i

LTFS is a common LTO tape format for offline archive across multiple platforms. It would be valuable for system adminstrators/operators if IBM i platform could also supports LTFS formatted LTO tape cartridge.

GLVM for 3 locations (sides)
