PowerVC does not display ifixes installed

PowerVC does not display installed ifixes in the "About" box in the GUI. The /opt/ibm/powervc/version.properties also does display ifixes installed. This is important information, especially when multiple PowerVC installations are in the environment.

Virtual Machine Overview should have SRC filed to show current status codes

When deploying a server if the instance fail to find boot source no error is reported back to the gui. Having the SRC codes show in the PowerVC GUI will allow users to see failed boots and also follow status changes.
