SVMON - INEFFICIENT PROFILING WHEN USING '-S -O filename=on'

When generating a segment report with svmon, adding the 'filename=on' option increases the processing time exponentially. In one instance, the time difference was seen to be 9 seconds vs. 22 minutes. This DCR is opened to address the inefficiency.
