Templates should work outside of /free section

Include line not colored correctly

If I include a copy book from the IFS and the path is longer that position 50 the color coding doesn't work. Everything after position 50 is colored differently. Use Case: /include '/usr/local/include/json/json_h.rpgle'

Fix problem where session hangs during debug

When running debug of RPG program, with program called via green screen session on System i, and I go to remove or add a breakpoint, my PC (Windows 7) hangs. I end up having to use Windows Task Mgr to kill the RDP session. I never had this problem...
