The os_uuid attribute should be unique on VIOS

The sys0 attribute os_uuid has the same value on all VIOS installed from the same media. It seems to retain the value from the mksysb install image. We are requesting that a unique os_uuid is generated during VIOS install.

rmvdev -rmlv should check to see if LV is in use before removing

To avoid deleting an active/used LV, it would be really helpful if the 'rmvdev' (and any other commands that remove LVs from the VIO Server) would check to see if a specified LV is stil in use or not.
