Self-closing tags in COBOL (IBMi)

Creating XML messages on COBOL using XML-GENERATE has limited option when compared to Z/OS COBOL. Getting around the requirement to build XML with self-closing tags is a tedious task. Would be helpful to have this option in native COBOL.

Align parameters in prototype hover text

powervc auto-closes console before deleting vm

When you try to delete a VM for which a console has been opened, PowerVC failed deleting the VM. PowerVC should be able to close the console by itself before issuing the delete command.
