Add SNMP support for intefaces faster than 1GB in AIX 7.2

In AIX 7.1, 7.2 SNMP agent give a value of 0xfffffffe for interfaces that are faster than 1GB. This should be returning the actual interface speed. This makes monitoring AIX via SNMP impossible and SNMP agent becomes useless.

Add WPAR names to ps output in snap tool

Please add the @ sign to the 'ps -ef' gathered in a snap (-k flag). Currently WPAR processes show up with an ID of +ID as in +0. It is more useful to see the wpar name as well as the PID inside the wpar.
