Increase the maximum size of LOB objects to at least 4GB but perferrably 2TB

The 2GB "limit" on LOB objects is sometime painful. The limit should be at least 4GB but other databases support LOB sizes up to 2TB. So since this is the premiere database, I think we should also have the highest limits.
