LKU change of parameters which need normally a reboot

We want to use AIX Live Kernel Update - LKU - with SAP and Oracle 12 / 19 etc.
when doing LKU it would be helpful to define a list of parameter AIX should change on the new surrogate Lpar . this should be all parameters starting at HMC for Min/Max values e.g. memory , CPU / VP min/max/desired or other HMC parameters which need a stop and start of LPAR.
Also parameters change for the new lpar in AIX which can be changed with vmo etc. parameters which normally need a reboot to become active.
