Require Kernel extension C library to use P8 in-core crypto

We are planning to use P8 in-core crypto from a kernel extension. Currently there does not seem to a library for same, usable from kernel extension. Having such a library would help us in providing a fast crypto
to applications using our kernel extension.

we are unable to deliver an in-core crypto library, but AIX has made available the kernel interfaces that allow kernel extension to use in-core crypto facility. The facility_enable facility_disable kernel services can facilitate kernel extension use of in-core crypto
