64-bit support in AIX maintenance mode

If AIX is started in the maintenance mode to repair the system, 64-bit programs can't start by default:

"Cannot run a 64-bit program until the 64-bit environment has been configured."

The usual way is to start /etc/methods/cfg64 if filesystems are mounted or /SPOT/etc/methods/cfg64 if they are not.

This can be done automatically during the maintenance mode start.

Please indicate if there is a specific use case and what 64 bit commands are needed to be used in maintenance mode.
