RSCT - Change to Communication Group formation over entirely uncommon subnets

When creating a RSCT "Peer Domain" cluster in a DR setup (2 Data Centers, multiple km apart), and with multiple Networks. It can happen that unwanted, or not working RSCT Communication Groups get created. It would be useful to have a capability to specify RSCT Communication Group arrangements at cluster creation time.

The problem is irrelevant to whether hostnames or IP addresses are used to specify the nodes to be created or added to the cluster. It is about the process ConfigRM goes through to combine all the adapters across the entire cluster into organized Communication Groups. (The means of identifying of each node does not matter.)

.Is this problem (domain is not coming online) happen even when mkrpdomain is used with IP Address (assuming they are not in the same subnet)?
