Evaluate USFS for inclusion in a future AIX release or the AIX Toolbox

I propose that IBM evaluate the open-source USFS project for inclusion in a future AIX distribution. If inclusion in the base AIX distribution is not feasible, please consider providing it through the AIX Toolbox for Open Source Software.

USFS provides a native userspace filesystem framework for AIX. It consists of an AIX filesystem kernel extension, a userspace client library, administrative tooling, packaging, tests, and example filesystems. A separate adapter provides compatibility with the Linux FUSE API, creating a path for porting existing FUSE-based filesystems and tools to AIX.
