Add support for VLAN tagged packets in HMC V9

We're currently using vHMC x86 on VMWare Hypervisors to support Power9 hardware. Our network uses Q-Tagging for VLANs and our FSPs are currently unable to communicate with the HMC because of the Q-Tagging limitations.

    Hi,

We evaluated this request and the vlan tagging settings are to be done at a Hypervisor level in this case. Please check on the configuration required on the Hypervisor level for the same. Please let us know if you were able to configure at Hypervisor level and are requesting for any enhancements on top of it.

    Thanks.
