IBM i ACS Run SQL Scripts copy/paste column headings

Add the ability to copy and paste from the results including column headings.
The ability to copy and paste the data from the results is very convenient. But without the column headings the data is meaningless in most cases.
My workaround is to save the results to Excel and then copy and paste from Excel. This works great but is much more time consuming when you factored with how many times I do it.


Use Case:

Run an SQL Select statement showing results.
Right click in the result data.
Currently you can select "copy" or "select all".
I suggest adding "select all with column headings" and "Select with column headings" to the list.
Then when pasting the data the column headings appear at the top.
If possible it would be nice to bold the column headings.

    Thank you for submitting your Request For Enhancement. We understand the value of this RFE, but higher priority items have taken precedence. We are keeping this on our list for consideration in the near future.

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a low priority requirement that should be addressed; select all then copy/paste does not select the columns.

    As a circumvention, if you enable save results, you can use the save option which will include column headings.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
