Allow CPYSPLF to create PDF in Landscape format. Now only Portrait is possible

Right now, CPYSPLF does not reflect Rotation and Page size values on the PDF created by the command.

Use Case:

We have invoices created in landscape format. If we output the spool in PDF format, we have to rotate the PDF by 90 degree.
If we take the same spool and print it via Info Print, it get printed properly.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature. If there is an issue with doing landscape, it would be a good improvement to handle it.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.
