Homogeneous support for NULL capable fields between RPGLE, RPGLE triggers and RPGSQLLE

Today the use of tables with NULL capable columns is divided into three different methods :

RPGLE programs use %NULLIND built-in function
RPGLE trigger programs must define an array and a way to link the array to the fields name (by position)
RPGSQLLE program must provide additional indicators fields (or array thus having the same problem as for RPGLE triggers program)

The request is having an unified and consistent way to handle NULL's capable files.

Use Case:

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for Power Systems

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for Power Systems
