This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Not sure how you can consider this delivered, it was not. Remembering the last directory opened is not what was requested. I asked for functionality similar to any other modern app, where a list of recently opened/saved files is presented in a list, ACS does not do that. Further, due to the fact that IBM uses Java, the windows recent files also does not record the most recent .sql files that I worked with. I do not consider this delivered, nor was I ever informed of closure. Please reconsider.
Please make sure you are using our latest 1.1.7.2 version which became available October 2017. When using Run SQL Scripts, the File Open option does remember the last directory you used. As the previous response noted, there is also the File->Recent Files option.
"Recent Files" already exists in the Run SQL Scripts plugin, on the File menu. Additionally, if you check the "GettingStarted.html" documentation, you can see how to create a shortcut to the rss plugin with a particular SQL script file.
