Add ability to disable/hide install of Modernization Tools from the launchpad.exe splash screen for RDi 9.0

Add the ability to remove or disable the hyperlink for the install option of the edition not purchased on the splash screen for RDi 9.0.

Use Case:

If large companies require users to install RDi 9 from the launchpad.exe, users (like this customer) may choose the wrong edition. Users may choose RPG and Cobol Tools only but have a license for Modernization Tools or vice versa. Then at the end of 60 days the license is not valid.
This requires extra steps and most likely a PMR to resolve the uninstall or removal of unnecessary components.
If the disk had a feature to be able to disable the hyperlink for the edition not purchased, this would eliminate this problem.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest this enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us.

Using response files to perform silent installs with specific configurations avoids having individual users use the launchpad. Silent installs are heavily used in large customer environments.

If this does not solve the problem for you, please feel free to reopen this RFE.

Attachment (Use case): This shows the two editions listed on the splash screen. If the user did not know what license they purchased, they would install the wrong edition and have to uninstall at a later date.
