This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I've used job monitors for years, monitoring for single threaded sub system batch jobs sitting on a message wait status. When encountered, a notification message is sent so the issue can be addressed and additional jobs in the job queue sitting next in line can proceed. It came as quite a surprise to me when I moved to V7R4, to find that this feature was gone; yet another disappointing decision by IBM to take away something that has helped its customers for years. While I realize the windows interface to get to the job monitors isn't supported (system I navigator management central), the feature should not have been eliminated. In my opinion, this is much more than a nice to have, it is a requirement. IBM support sent me here to vote and also suggested I investigate third party solutions. Imagine that, give customers tools that they build their business around, then take them away and push them to buy expensive third party replacements.
The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed.
Background: The CEAC members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT

There are still a couple of Management Central Functions that need to be formally supported at 7.3 and beyond, I think this is a good example.
One solution would be that you add the option to run a monitor that has been defined on one system to be run again another system or better yet multiple systems.
You could define the list of systems for the monitor to be run on as part of the existing monitor setup wizard and you could definite the list of the possible systems using the Target System definition functionality that already exists in Nav4i.
You could then display multiple systems data on a single monitor graph and that would be a FANTASTIC improvement.
Dear IBM, it's my birthday in November, if you wanted to gift wrap the above it would make an awesome gift ;-)
