This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We have multiple RFEs for this. RFE 131724 has far more votes, so we will close this as a duplicate.
The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority requirement that is important to be addressed.
CEAC would like to see these functionalities are migrated to / included with ACS. The Developer is on the right track of what users would want.
Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

Hello Misael Mateus,
We ran into the very same issue, so we made the switch to watches. They give little overhead and they are fairly easy to implement. In the link below is an example :

I hope this helps.
Greetings Rudi van Helvoirt
Does this need to be an automated monitor that runs all the time ? On the dashboard in Navigator or iAccess mobile, you can watch for the existence of a job, you can use SQL Services to see if a job exists, you can also use Administration Runtime expert with an SQL service to verify if a job is running (within ARE, you can also schedule that check to happen on a regular interval) We have not included the specific Job Monitor support, and we have very little interest, Just want to better understand the use case so we can determine if we need/want to add this into Navigator.
