Allow multiple "system" reply lists

The system reply list is very useful for supplying automatic responses to messages, but occasionally a certain reply is only valid for a certain purpose, and not safe to set globally.

Please create a QAQQINI setting that overrides the "system" reply list to a localized one.
Message handling & the ADDRPYLE, CHGRPYLE, RMVRPYLE , WRKRPYLE should then work with the overriden one .


Use Case:

Automatic replies that aren't appropriate for all jobs.

    Maybe it would be better (and easier to implement) to provide a "compare program" on the reply list entry which allows you to program your own logic in determining the reply.
