For VTL allow a bigger format like LTO7 or LTO8 instead of Ultruim3

BRMS and Protect tier we can only format ULTRIUM3

Use Case:

the actual standard for tape is LTO8 and for VTL it is ULTRIUM3

Eric, IBM announced end of service for the ProtecTier in May 2018. EOS is scheduled for November 2020. Because of this, there will be no changes to th ProtecTier.

As a side note, densities on VTLs have no affect on size of cartridges or the performance . It makes no difference if it's emulating a LTO1 or a LTO8, the performance will be the same and size is adjustable depending on space youhave
