Enhancement Nbr 1 for Adding Additional User Information to the BRMS Recovery Report - QP1ARCY

Adding Additional User Information to the BRMS Recovery Report is a great way to get customer or system specific information into the recovery report
https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/165642305/Adding+Additional+User+Information+to+the+BRMS+Recovery+Report+-+QP1ARCY

However, there is a need for a few enhancement in this area.

The user information is added by step in the corresponding member in the file QUSRBRM/QO1AUSRRCY.
The recovery steps is not static:
- New BRMS versions or upgrades, there is always a possibility that recovery steps are added or removed.
- With the lastest BRMS PTF SI72867 (7.4) the recovery steps are also built dynamically depending if certain software is installed on the system.

This makes it really hard to maintain the User Added Recovery information.

Proposed solution:
Instead of having a corresponding member with the name of the step, make the member corresponding to a abbreviated name of the actual action and that information is always added to the action instead of a specific step number.

Use Case:

Easier to maintain the BRMS User Added Recovery information to the recovery report.

The BRMS team does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed. In the future the BRMS team will make sure to take into consideration changes to the recovery report and limit any affects it may have on existing user recovery steps.
