BRMS PTF Security

There were changes make in the latest BRMS PTF that require user profile to enrolled with *AUT before they can use BRMS function which wasn't required previously.

Use Case:

Provide a way to proactively identify user that require SETUSRBRM before enforcing this

The BRMS team does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed. In a default BRMS environment, all users had full access to all options and commands in BRMS commands. When users start implementing changes or limiting users from using certain commands, BRMS does not internally track these changes and is unable to determine all the possible limitations. Therefore, the reason behind closing this is that BRMS is unable to determine what security customers have implemented around each individual user and if they should be allowed to use BRMS or not.
