A way to change System Policy via command line

We need find a way to submit two control groups to batch mode backup.
In the control group exit line, we'd like to change the way BRMS System Policy parameter "Restricted state time limit" to different value according to the control group.
If ENDSBS *ALL with this parameter works will do too, but told by support the results will be unpredictable if the same value in BRMS and ENDSBS are different.

Use Case:

A solution will be useful for batch mode offline backups, if the same parameter can be determined in a predictable manner.
Or the System Policy can be changed by a command.

    My two cents here:
The submitter of this RFE didn't only wanted to change the subsystem Controlled end delay time.
The restricted state time limit can not be controlled by the WRKCTLGBRM option 9 'Subsystems to process' and the restricted state time limit is very important when you run restricted state backup in batch.

I think every BRMS configuration should be able to do using commands. It gets more and more important to be able to script things when you setup a new system and similar task. Setting up BRMS using the menus just take to long time.

The BRMS team needs form information to further assess your Request for Enhancement. The BRMS team still feels that the function being requested is available already using the delay time for a control group using the WRKCTLGBRM option 9 'Subsystems to process' interface. Adding an entry of *ALL for the Subsystem and *ALL for the Library fields is equivalent to the ENDSBS *ALL and the Delay field can be used to set a unique time limit for each control group. Why doesn't this existing interface meet this request?

    this request has two parts:
1, prefer a way to use command to change the settings in BRMS Change System Policy screen for Restricted state time limit value. See screen shot 1.
2, a predictable behavior of Restricted state time limit, when both values set in ENDSBS *ALL and BRMS Change System Policy. See screen shot 2.

Either way will help to automate our offline backups in batch mode, when two different control groups saves different items.
One saves only SAVSYS, IBM, and DLO. Restricted state time limit value should be set as 40 minutes.
One saves entire system. Restricted state time limit value should be set as 200 minutes.

    Thanks.

The BRMS team needs form information to further assess your Request for Enhancement. The delay time can currently be set uniquely for a control group using the WRKCTLGBRM option 9 'Subsystems to process' interface. Adding an entry of *ALL for the Subsystem and *ALL for the Library fields is equivalent to the ENDSBS *ALL and the Delay field can be used to set the time limit. Does this existing interface meet your request?
