I will add to this the fact that Microsoft Power Automate Desktop does not currently have a 32-bit option, so any automations designed to use the Terminal Emulator actions with Unattended Power Automate Desktop Flows will not work with ACS until this functionality is in place.

Likewise can CAAC please review the "Medium Priority" that this idea was assessed as since that was two years ago now, and what was considered medium in 2021 may now be rated higher given it is 2023 and we now have only two years before the EOL date for 32 bit Office.

Can someone from IBM please comment on any planned timelines for this request. Our company has to make some business decisions if this will not be available in the next 6-12 months.
We too have hundreds of VBA macos which were rendered unusable when upgrading the IBM emulator from PCOMM iSeries Access for Windows (32 bit) to IBM I Access Client Solutions ( 32 bit). We are running Windows. We are running Microsoft Excel (64 bit). We hope this EHLLAPI bridge update will allow us to salvage the large investment in Exce/IBMi macros.
Following on from Nancy's comment below I would like to ask IBM to review this idea's status, I see it is still tagged as Low and we have a hard deadline for it to be completed by.
Windows 10 will reach end of support on October 14, 2025 and after that I think there will be no more 32 bit options available. I would like to know if IBM is going to include this idea into the roadmap so that our (and many other global customers) existing processes will be backwards compatible post Windows 11 deployment.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed.
It appears that moving to Office 64-bit is not an absolute necessity at Windows 10, so this would be a "nice to have" improvement for that version, but Windows 11 early information implies that there will be no 32-bit version, so this becomes much more important.

CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
