ACS RSS Content Assist window needs to be more persistent.

CA window needs to be more persistent. There are times (mostly when remote working) that the DB proposals take far too long to present but if I go to another app the CA window id dismissed and I have to start all over again. Please make it more persistent and dismissible by using the ESC key.


Use Case:

Start writing a query statement then use CA to list columns to insert (make sure you do not qualify the table name in this test). Wait for a little while and then use another product. The CA dialog disappears.
