Chinese Character ? not being supported with CCSID 937

Hello Team,

We have received an update from customer that the Chinese character 菓 is not being supported in one of the web based applications. We are using Traditional Chinese and CCSID on the AS400 side is 937 which is supported for Chinese characters. We have further checked with IBM and they updated that the Chinese character 菓 is not available with CCSID 937 and its available with 1371, 1377, and 1379.
We wanted IBM to add/support the character 菓 with CCSID 937 .

Use Case:

We are having a web-based application and in that application Chinese character 菓 is changed to (?)

CCSID 937 is a fixed CCSID which means the IANA standards organization is no longer adding characters to it or changing it.

CCSIDs 1371, 1377, and 1379 are growing CCSIDs, and as such, characters are added to them as they are defined.

The requested character, Unicode Character ??????" (U+83D3), is not in 937, but is already in CCSIDs 1371, 1377, and 1379.
