*ESCAPE messages for SAVLIB

We have received MONMSG for CPF3795 in every SAVLIB running in our CL program:

https://ecurep.mainz.de.ibm.com/rest/download/28061%2C100%2C838/2018-04-
06/28061.100.838.SOURCE.txt?astext=true&fileSize=83568

But, when CPF3795 is reported saving an object, a dump is created and
the program is not running what it should run (GOTO TAGERR):

MONMSG MSGID(CPF4110 CPF3794 CPF3795 CPF5104 CPF5101 CPF5384 -
CPF4035) EXEC(GOTO CMDLBL(TAGERR))

Source here:

06/28061.100.838.SOURCE.txt?astext=true&fileSize=83568

We opened PMR 28061 100 838 because we would like to know why the program is not running as expected.
We found CPF3795 is not listed among the messages you can received in the help for SAVLIB command, if that could be somehow related.

But IBM said that "this is the way it is designed and not all messages are suitable for MONMSG, and this is considered an important message to inform the backup is not complete and restore would
also be incomplete."

We open this urgent RFE to include CPF3795 in *ESCAPE messages for SAVLIB or prevent it.

Use Case:

All files can be downloaded from PMR 28061 100 838

Escape message CPF9999 (Function check) is sent to the user program when a save operation fails because of an unexpected error that is described by CPF3795. IBM does not intend to change CPF3795 to a message that can be monitored or received. User programs should monitor for CPF9999.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Power Systems
    Product - IBM i
    Component - Save, Restore
    Operating system - IBM i
    Source - Client

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Product family - Power Systems
    Product - IBM i
Component - IBM i Access Family
    Operating system - IBM i
    Source - Client

You could consider to, besides MONMSG, using RCVMSG to catch these MSGID:
