STRDBG should build the QGPL/QTESxxxxxx *DTAQ with appropriate authority for job QTESDBGHUB to access it.

When STRDBG is run interactively, it creates a data queue QGPL/QTESxxxxxx to communicate with the QTESDBGHUB job (the server process for the graphical debugger). This is created with the current job user as the owner, and *PUBLIC is granted the default permissions that library QGPL has in the CRTAUT setting. Unless QGPL has CRTAUT(*CHANGE) or higher, the QTESDBGHUB job (which runs under QPGMR) cannot access the data queue, and there is a 15 second delay until the STRDBG times out waiting for it and falls back to the green-screen ILE debugger. I thought this was new behavior and opened a case, but was told this is actually working as designed and I should add an idea. I am requesting STRDBG be modified to grant QPGMR *CHANGE authority on the temporary *DTAQ object created in QGPL, which would allow us to retain a more secure *USE or *EXCLUDE setting for CRTAUT on library QGPL.
