Add availability info (version/release/TR) to Info Center

Please add availability info to RPGLE BIFs, SQL functions/procedures, catalog views and IBM i services (like table functions, etc.).

Some information like: Available since 7.3 TR 2 and 7.4

This would make it easy to check backward compatibility.

The requested information is available through a different interface. IBM does not intend to record this same information within the individual IBM Documentation pages, so this Idea is being closed.

The version information for all IBM i services is available on a single page in the IBM Technology Updates wiki, located here:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1119123
This list includes a link to a specific support page that describes the change.

Similarly, SQL functional enhancements are detailed on this page:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1115697

The first release of each RPG enhancement can be found in the What's New section of the ILE RPG Reference and ILE RPG Programmer's Guide. Also, all RPG enhancements are fully described in the RPG Cafe, which can be accessed here:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/rpg-cafe

For IBM i services, there is a table on every system named QSYS2.SERVICES_INFO that lists the IBM i services available on the system. This includes the initial release information and the most recent Database PTF Group that changed the service.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a /nice to have" low priority feature.

It would take a lot of work to implment this for past enahncements - however they suggested to to consider this idea for future changes / enhancements.

Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT

The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature.

This is a nice to have, but there is Information available elsewhere (such as the IBM i SQL services page)
