Add at least a command line option to instruct ACS to NOT leave temporary files in /tmp if the run was successful and the exit clean.
Each process and application if successful should manage its temporary storage properly.
We run ACS directly on the IBMi and we IPL rarely so we cannot add a full blind mass cleanup frequently during system startup and the /tmp dir becomes pretty clogged in ACS leftovers.
We see files and even directories of this nature in /tmp after transfers etc. even multiple instance per same user (not only jar cache...)
acslm_ACS.lm1301819074452687128.jar.0.0.txt
acslm_ACS.lm1301819074452687128.jar.0.0.txt.lck
poifiles (directory)
acs.jar_cache48df1a8e1266c82f
acs.jar_cache3258122878852985211.dir
ACS.lm4827658885946339598.jar
additionally, besides proper automatic per run clean up, please consider to add by default in the distribution at least the option to direct those files in a subdir for ACS purposes (i.e. for the ACS distributed on the IBMi by default go to i.e. /tmp/ACS instead of straight /tmp at least is more organized... thanks
