Add IncludeGroup for use RSEAPI

Recently, to use the RSE API, we have the options "adminUsers", "includeUsers", or "excludeUsers". When we want to add a new user, we need to modify the file located at /QIBM/UserData/OS/RSEAPI/rseapi.properties, and then restart the ADMIN5 server for the changes to take effect or apply the change in a non-persistent way.

I believe it would be a good idea to manage access through a profile group, which would simplify user management and reduce the need for frequent restarts.

IBM understands this requirement and will consider providing an enhancement as part of a future delivery.

Hello, I am adding a comment to send an additional suggestion. Given the request to consider group profiles (GRPPRF), it makes sense to also consider supplementary group profiles (SUPGRPPRF), as they have the same functionality.
