Run SQL Scripts: Remove redundant variable prompting

When prompting for multiple substitution variables with same name, only prompt once.

    The case with customer number is a reasonable exception. How about prompting all values, but preloading the previous values in the parameters? That is already a requested idea. If that is not possible, perhaps all variables with the same name could be populated with the same value.

    Thank you for submitting your Idea to enhance IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS).

    The attached image of the parameter prompt dialog lacks the context of the SQL statement.
    Not knowing the specific use case, if one were to assume the following as the source SQL, it would seem to be necessary to prompt for each instance of cusno.

    select * from orders
    where cusno <> ? -- 1500
    and cusno > ? -- 1000
    and cusno < ? -- 2000
    and date = ? -- current_date

    Please explain the desired behavior for the case where the same value would be provided for each instance.
