To be clear ADMIN5 is RSE API or "IBM Remote System Explorer API". In order to use the DCM APIs it needs a TLS certificate, which will not be in the DCM unless it has been put there manually. However it will work if the TLS certificate is in a Java Key Store, which can be automated, but it has to be added manually to the HTTP server. Then the TLS certificates can be added to the DCM in an automated manner.
