Upgrade level of OpenSSH from v9.6p1 to one which will pass scanning services.

IBM i: Qualys is dinging us for OpenSSH ssh Function Vulnerability (CVE-2025-61984)

Opened up a case with IBM . The reply to the case was:

This vulnerability was discovered fairly recently and has low (3.6 base) score on the X-Force Exchange site. The typical way to remediate OpenSSH vulnerabilities is with an update to the 5733-SC1 PTFs. The latest of those PTFs was released in September of this year. That PTF updates OpenSSH to 9.6p1. The remediation is fixed with OpenSSH 10.1. There is no remediation available for this CVE at this time, which means it falls into one of these categories:

A) It has not been assessed yet, OR

B) It has been assessed and has not been deemed urgent enough to warrant a HIPER fix due to the low base score.

    See earlier idea https://ibm-power-systems.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/IBMI-I-4051

Generally the scanning services do not like you to patch old levels as they cannot tell if it's patched but they prefer upgrades to newer levels.
