When the Java virtual machine cannot be created, provide more information in joblog

When invoking java from a RPG program, and an error occurs that causes the JVM creation to fail or not complete, there is usually a spool file generated that contains stderr content.

In my case, the joblog contains a QJVM1164 message, but that didn't provide much useful information.

Had I not been familiar with how Java functions on IBM i, I would have struggled with finding the QPRINT spool file that contained the stderr content.

It would be good if information could be included in the message (or another message) pointing to the appropriate job or spool file that contains the stderr content.
