Add options to indicate the trace output file and options for HTTP functions

Calling axiscAxisStartTrace("/tmp/axis.log":*NULL) followed by QSYS2.HTTP_GET or QSYS2.HTTP_POST via embedded SQL does not work when the http functions run in the default activation group but the service program for the axiscAxisStartTrace() runs in *CALLER. We can't get a service program to explicitly run in the *DEFAULT activation group so we're unable to get an Axis trace log with the current design.I'm asking that additional options be added to HTTP functions to indicate the desired trace levels and output file.Edit: I would also like to say that adding trace options to the HTTP* calls would be nice as a general improvement. If the trace options are added to the functions that would eliminate the need to configure it separately.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority Idea that should be addressed.
