Add a memory compression feature to IBM i, with AME analog functionality (HW or SW based)

We all know memory prices are going high, really high, IBM Power CPU is to powerful, so exchanging CPU cycles for memory does not sound crazy. 

Actual applicantions based on SQL and multi-threaded languages eat more memory than RPG and Cobol in the past, so increasing memory is a must. 

On the other hand, we have the P05 1-Core & 64GB cap, so this feature could help those customers looking for an affordable system with enough memory, sacrifying somo CPU resources.

* AIX has AME
* Linux can use zRam , zSwap
* IBM i needs something like that.

    Linux and AIX have very different memory management architectures than IBM i's single level storage address space. Using a tiered memory design with compression has been evaluated to not bring many benefits to general IBM i workloads and could cause negative impacts if not managed properly. At this time we are declining this idea to use compression to increase performance or memory utilization. Memory, disk and storage management performance is something that continues to be investigated and improved.
