Enhance QUHRHLPT API with an *ALL Help ID option

I would like to request an enhancement to the QUHRHLPT API to support a special value of *ALL for the Help ID parameter.

Currently, applications using QUHRHLPT must already know and explicitly provide each individual Help ID in order to retrieve all help text associated with a Help Panel Group or Command definition. However, there does not appear to be an API available today that allows applications to first enumerate or list all Help IDs for a given object.

Adding support for *ALL to QUHRHLPT would allow the API to return all available help information associated with the specified Help Panel Group or Command in a single request. This would significantly simplify application development and improve performance by eliminating the need for multiple API calls and manual Help ID management.

This enhancement would be especially valuable for tooling integrations, documentation generators, and IDE/editor extensions that need to dynamically surface IBM i help text. An alternative of GENCMDDOC does not provide the helptext in a format that is usable for immediate or dynamic interfaces as it is (A) A CL Command, and (B) Starts a new JVM in 100% of its call instances. Therefore causing a long delay in retrieving the full helptext.
