Modernize SNDPTFORD performance and user experience

The current SNDPTFORD command is slow and lacks visibility when downloading large PTF packages or cumulative groups. To improve the user experience and match modern standards, we request the following enhancements:

  • Multi-threaded Downloading: Implement parallel downloads instead of the current single-threaded HTTPS process to maximize network bandwidth.
  • Real-time Progress Indicator: Add a visual percentage or progress bar (interactive or via WRKPTFORD) to see network throughput and estimated time remaining.
  • Download Resume Capability: Allow the command to automatically resume interrupted transfers instead of restarting from 0% if a network drop occurs.
  • Separate Dependency Calculation: Decouple the initial server-side analysis from the actual download phase to avoid command timeouts.
