JDBC exception when using KeyedFile read for table with more than 2 billion rows

Received the following error from a web service call as the application is attempting to access a table with 2.2 billion rows.

com.ibm.as400.access.ExtendedIllegalArgumentException: recordNumber: The parameter value is out of the allowed range.

It appears the setRecordNumber function accepts an integer for the record number and that can only handle half the number of rows possible in a table as the DB2 for i row limit size is 4.2 billion rows.

Use Case:

Attempt to do a read from a KeyedFile object and return a row that has a relative record number greater than a max integer.
