Add ability to retrieve Commit Resources to QjoRetrieveJournalInformation

Would like to have the ability to retrieve the Commit Resource information from the journal in the same way as you can see the information in the WRKJRNA screen. This will allow us to determine any open commit cycles in a remote journal object at the time of a crash.

Use Case:

Will be able to retrieve a list of the Open Commit Cycles in a remote journal, we can then identify the entries associated with the open commit cycles and remove as necssary

This information is not readily accessible to us and we would have to scour the journal receivers to derive the detail.
Therefore, we believe that the user or ISV should handle this processing.

    Product - IBM i
    Component - DB2 for i
    Operating system - IBM i

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Power Systems
    Product - IBM i
    Component - Availability, Recovery
    Operating system - IBM i
Source - ISV (Independent Software Vendor)
