Extend PowerHA Smart Assist NFS monitor

In a SAP environment configured with PHA Smart Assist. Do we get PHA hangs when the total cluster gets stopped.
This happen due to the fact that NFS gets stopped before the SAP RGs get stopped.

    .if a cluster is setup with SAP NetWeaver Smart Assist, we have options for this.

    is a place where we can define the NFS filesystem.

    Since 7.2.2 there is code added to smart assist monitors, start and stop scripts which can handle the loss of NFS filesystem.
    Because this is an external entity to cluster we have ability to handle unexpected failures without affecting the SAP workload itself.
