Currently in PowerVC Cloud Edition 1.4.0.0 (Novalink with Software Defined Storage stack)- it seems the only way to set up a image to be present on multiple projects is to either-
A- go onto one of the novalink hosts, navigate to the gpfs path, create a hard link to the image you want to share, give it a unique name, and then import that link into another project.
B- Using the GPFS/SpectrumScale clone function on the original image.

Neither of these seem to be reasonable options- especially when scaling to multiple (5-10+) projects with multiple images.

The request would be for images created in IBM_Default to be shared by default to all projects, or better yet give the Administrator granular permissions to select which images are shared to which projects.
