Coexistence of SEA and SRIOV/Vnic configurations

For customers working to transition some or all of their environment to SRIOV backed networking, PowerVC has some challenges. Firstly, PowerVC does not allow LPARs to be changed from SEA to SRIOV/Vnic and then use the same vlan/ip address that was used when on SEA. Secondly, it is an all or nothing change, where the user must change ALL lpars on a frame, then unmanage, remanage the entire frame and then re-enter the networking details for all of the LPARs.
