Provision to input IP address and name for the >1 VM deployment

On the VM deployment page, for the >1 VM deployment, as you aware we can not enter IP address explicitly and PowerVC picks address from the IP pool. This would perfectly wrok with new environemt.

For the existing environment, some of the IPs have already used on VMs and we need to explicitly block/lock those used IPs to prevent PoweVC using such used IPs for the new deployment.

I guess this is tedious if there were large number of VMs/IPs existing

I think it would be very useful if we can enter VM name and IP address (for each VM) for the multiple deployment process too

For single VM, this provision is already there

Thanks for the suggestions! When deploying multiple VMs in PowerVC, you're exactly correct in that PowerVC can select the IPs from an IP pool. In terms of the 'locked' addresses, you can actually go to the Network > IP Pool tab and 'lock' an address (with an optional description) so that it can't be used for a future VM deployment. This should solve your issue of IPs being reused erroneously. Thanks again!
