oslevel -s in NIM mksysb definition and lsmksysb command.

As the Technical Levels are supported for longer period of time, the main change in the Operating System version is the Service Pack.

Add the oslevel -s in the image definition. Currently we can see oslevel_r, but not oslevel_s.

That option could be very useful on the lsmksysb command too on the maintenance Level option.

EX:
# lsnim -l 710_TL02-03-R1_MMMS1
710_TL02-03-R1_MMMS1:
class = resources
type = mksysb
Rstate = ready for use
prev_state = unavailable for use
location = /mksysb/710_TL02-03-R1_MMMS1
version = 7
release = 1
mod = 2
oslevel_r = 7100-02
alloc_count = 2
server = master

    This is not a request for PowerVC.
    AIX is not using RFE so I can only reject this request.

    This is an AIX request, not a PowerVC request.

    This is an AIX request. Not a PowerVC request.
