Let PowerVC help with Capacity Management at DR

When a customer has configured their systems and has selected important partitions with "automated remote restart", they will be started on another physical server when the original server fails. In our situation we run POWER systems on two datacenters with dozens of physical servers. It would be great if PowerVC had an option to "preview" automated remote restart in case a datacenter failure occurs. Where would running partitions be moved to? Would there be enough (spare) CPU capacity and memory available to host all partitions marked for automated remote restart? PowerVC already has a lot of data that is needed to process these what-if scenarios.
